Right click on form to copy to your word/document program and then print from there. Make sure your print is in portrait mode, not landscape.

Viewers can also bypass downloading entirely by pressing Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac) directly on the live webpage, selecting Portrait, and printing the page straight from their web browser.
